Hi! My name is Patty and my husband Mark and we own Town and Country Auto Repair. I would like to take this opportunity to personally invite you to stop in and give us a try. Town and Country Auto Repair started off as a small general repair shop in 1989. Nineteen years later (That's right! My daughter and I work in the auto repair field and even I sometimes get intimated by this stuff. It can get over my head with all the "tech talk". Free Safety Inspection
Each and every time your vehicle comes in for service our qualified technicians will give it a complimentary 68 point maintenance inspection. Our service writer will then go over every detail of the inspection with you so you understand what was found, what may need to be done, when it needs to be done and why, and how much it will cost.
 
Open Door Policy
Sometimes the best way to understand what we are talking about when it comes to auto repair is to actually "see" what we are talking about. If at anytime you don't totally understand what our service writer is telling you, ask him if it's possible to show it to you. That's absolutely no problem. In fact, feel free to just stop by our shop at anytime to check us out. We'd be happy to give you a tour.
 
Warranty
Every repair we do comes with a 12 months/12,000 mile warranty. That's pretty much an industry standard. However, we're not your standard auto repair shop.

Convenience
I understand how busy life is with children, work, activities, etc. Who has time to get the car in for service? It's another scheduling problem you have to tackle. I get it! I've got 4 kids of my own that I'm constantly running around with. That's why we offer several things to meet your busy schedule. We have 4 scheduled "waiter" oil change appointment every day. This way you can book an appointment after the kids go to school, have a cup of coffee and read our magazines or use the internet while we perform an oil change and complete maintenance inspection on your vehicle while you relax in our clean and organized waiting area.
 
Don't have time to Wait?
That's not a problem. We would be happy to drive you locally home or to work. You can even drop the vehicle off the night before and pick it up when you can get someone to drive you to Town and Country.  We can do the work while you get on with your life. Once the car is completed, we'll gladly pick you up.
 
Want an Estimate?
Of course, you should want and get an estimate. We would never do any repairs to your car without your approval. I suggest that even if you don't do business with us that you always get an estimate prior to any work being done. Our service writer will call you and tell you what was found during the complimentary inspection on your car, why it's broken, when it will be ready and how much it will cost. He can even email you the estimate and if needed email pictures! (Barring any internet glitches!) This way you can see the parts, the labor, and final costs. We will keep you informed throughout the entire process. Please make sure we hve your correct email address.
